How to Do Wall Walking:
- Find a Wall:
Choose a plain wall with enough space. - Set Up:
- Lie on your back (face up) on a mat or carpet near the wall.
- Bring your hips as close to the wall as comfortable.
- Rest your legs straight up on the wall so the back of your thighs and calves touch the wall.
- Start Walking on the Wall:
- Bend one knee slightly and slide that foot down the wall like taking a step.
- Straighten it back up.
- Repeat with the other leg.
- Keep alternating legs, mimicking a gentle “walking” motion.
- Breathing:
- Inhale as you slide your foot down.
- Exhale as you straighten it back up.
- Repetitions:
- Start with 10 steps per leg (20 total).
- Rest if needed, then do 2–3 sets daily.
- Finish:
- Slowly slide both legs down, roll to your side, and sit up carefully.
Regular practice helps reduce thigh size, improve circulation, and shape your lower body.
Add Simple Tummy Crunches for a Shaped Waist
How to do Tummy Crunches:
- Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
- Place hands lightly behind your head.
- Exhale and lift your head, shoulders, and upper back slightly off the floor—tighten your tummy.
- Inhale as you go back down.
- Start with 10–15 crunches, increase gradually.
Doing tummy crunches regularly helps reduce belly size and shape your core.
